I’m so delighted that you would entrust me with the opportunity to support you on a journey of self-discovery. 

My name is Rachel Wright - I am a licensed psychotherapist with a Master’s Degree in clinical psychology; An experienced speaker, group facilitator, educator, therapist, coach, and expert around all things mental health, sex, and relationships.

Throughout my career as a therapist, I've noticed that whether the intention is to explore mental health, relationships, or sexuality, these objectives inevitably weave together to reveal a holistic experience of personal development.

This space is will be a safe, fun, and playful container built for connection where we will be diving into the ways mental health, relationship, and sexuality intertwine in an accessible, affordable format.
